How many times on our spiritual journey have we disobeyed or compromised the will of God? Those are the times when we think we are dead! Some people like to put the blame on others. My young niece accused her sister of "killing her" because she was instrumental in pushing her up to the shower rod to dangle and swing. The rod succumbed to the weight and destruction soon followed. They were both in the right place but doing the wrong thing!Read more inside...
Jesus was a very wise and selective person while walking the floors of this earth. He was neither insecure nor intimidated by those he befriended, served or even chose to work on His elite board of disciples. Jesus was strongly familiar with the ploys and employs of mankind. He was never caught off guard nor left with His mouth wide open in disbelief to an adversative behavior. Read more inside...
Sometimes we can pour life changing principles into people until we are almost blue in the face. If they do not apply the word into their bleak situations, they will remain unmovable mounds of clay. After long hours of convincing and persuading; teaching and instructing; praying and believing, you will soon find yourself suffering the plight of compassion fatigue. So what do you do? I was sitting in a room one day with women who were regarded as gifted communicators and community achievers. They had earned their gold pins and wall plaques for their accomplishments and contributions towards the betterment of mankind. These women were educators, business owners, authors, pastors, coaches and counselors. Some were married. Others were single and a few divorced. They were acquainted with the sound of applause or the letters of appreciation for their effectiveness in conveying words that brought about change in other people's lives. But in that room also sat women who seemed lost and uncomfortable without their podium, piano, photographer, parishioners or platforms. You could cut the tension with a scalpel.Find out more inside...

Did you wash your hands? This question has been asked during this season of viruses, influenzas and contagious diseases. Washing the hands will help to stop the further spread of germs and contaminants from person to person. Schools have closed because of outbreaks of certain infectious conditions until a thorough cleaning process is completed. In our private homes we choose special times of the year to do deep house cleaning. We de-clutter our rooms, wash windows, change filters, shampoo carpets, check smoke detectors and even give our walls a fresh coat of paint. Our goals are to get rid of junk, reorganize, make sure systems are functioning properly, disinfect, and make the house as germ-free as possible. What about the house of the Lord? No, I'm not talking about the praying mothers coming in dusting off the pulpit area nor the environmental service personnel changing light bulbs and the toilet paper dispensers in the restrooms. I am speaking of a personal spiritual clean up time...
National Clergy Appreciation Day was designated in the United States to recognize and honor leading pastors for their untiring labor as spiritual under shepherds. This special day was set aside for the second Sunday in October. However, some assemblies extended the time to make the entire month one of celebration. Read more inside...
Over the past years in the Body of Christ there have been words radiating throughout the atmosphere regarding change: paradigm shift, reposition, birthing position, new door, new day, new wine, fresh oil, changing of guards, etc.
Many believers who have had their ears close to the heart of God have been preparing themselves in great anticipation for the new flow. Old ways of reaching this now generation have been revised. People with like passions and purposes are connecting and working together. Those who have lived and served God in secluded and exclusive structures are finally coming out of their locked doors to see who else is alive in the Body of Christ.

Documents and investigations have uncovered the evil ploys and greedy behaviors that escaped from behind dark doors and secret closets. Those tainted schemes which were left unchecked brought about the collapse of many mammoth gods who once set on man-made thrones. However, the end results of these high profile figures led to emotional pain, financial loss, devastation and demise to those who trusted them with their personal investments. Find out more inside...
Throughout life there arises a singular word that expresses the sound of a perplexed soul in a questionable predicament. The word alone needs no introduction or adjectives to help communicate its meaning. That word is "why?"
As a child growing up in church that word was forbidden to evaporate out of the chambers of our mouths. They told us to never ask God "why." Over the course of time I found myself silently breaking that law as pressures, problems and plights rushed questions to this finite mind. I wasn't trying to be selfish or disobedient to their rules. I just needed to know what I could do to avoid that experience from repeating itself in life. If there was an answer God would know it! Perhaps He would whisper the solution to the hidden secrets and travesties that have scarred and scorned humanity. Read more of this exciting article inside...
